Machine Description:

The box furnace is the most widely used and basic furnace type. The box furnace is a periodic operation type. The box furnace is mainly used for normalizing, quenching, annealing, sintering, tempering, aging, heating of alloy steel products and various metal parts. And other heat treatment purposes. The high temperature box furnace can also be used for high temperature heating such as sintering, dissolution and analysis of metals and ceramics.

The temperature uniformity of the box-type resistance furnace is provided by the spiral resistance wire on the two side walls. Vent holes are used as optional equipment.

The insulated door of the box furnace is opened upward and outward to keep the thermal insulation surface away from the operator. The double-layer structure allows natural air to circulate to keep the shell cool.
